For the third time, TOHU opens its doors to Jean-François Leblanc, this time to his black and white photography collection developed strictly from negatives. His chief focus: human beings in their dayto- day lives, at work or taking part in political or cultural events.
An exhibition that invites us back to the not-so-distant past, and that examines the photographic act as it was practiced in the public sphere 20 or 30 years ago, before questions of copyright vs. freedom of expression came to light.
THE FREE ACTIVITIES ARE MADE POSSIBLE THANKS TO THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE CITY OF MONTREAL.
