Cirque Alfonse

“A real treat for the spectators”
- Huffington Post

A rock show-like musical fresco, an invitation to gather together, a circus and musical celebration of heaven and hell made the Alfonse way… Well TABARNAK! We’ll have fun.

From this liberating swearword—yesterday’s rebellion and today’s almost trivial cry of pain, anger or astonishment—, the troupe rethinks the sacred and offers an unbridled great mass.

From the basement to the nave, and the altar to the choir, Cirque Alfonse’s dwellers of the past come into this symbolic place to revamp it!

With their signature communicative joy, the clan embarks on an anarchic and poetic Way of the Cross in the form of a live musical circus where the traditional is contaminated by the organ, and the church pews by acrobatics.

All aboard for this refreshing communion!
