Outdoor snowshoeing course for children

Participants can bring their own equipment or borrow it for free at the equipment lending service.

How about an outdoor adventure in the heart of the city? For the first time, TOHU is offering a discovery activity in the wonderful winter setting of Parc Frédéric-Back. During this activity, a guide will accompany your children in Frédéric-Back Park to discover the winter flora and fauna. This activity is perfect for introducing children to snowshoeing and discovering the secrets of the park! They will learn how certain animals have developed special habits to adapt to winter and how certain plants and trees are able to survive the extreme cold.

RESERVATION REQUIRED

Outdoor snowshoeing course for children activity is accessible only upon registration. Registration will open every Monday for the following Sunday. When you arrive, please have the reservation confirmation on hand, either a printed copy or on your phone.

SANITARY MEASURES

The vaccination passport is mandatory for all participants in the activity aged 13 years and over. Wearing a mask is required if you wish to access the interior TOHU. Due to the sanitary situation, TOHU’s bistro is currently closed.

CANCELLATION

Due to weather conditions, outdoor snowshoeing course for children activity may be cancelled during the season. In this case, those who have registered will be notified by email the Friday before the reservation date.
