It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the return of our fundraising event on Thursday, March 30 at TOHU. The event will bring together over 500 guests from the fields of business, philanthropy, culture and the arts. We look forward to welcoming you at 5:30 p.m. for a cocktail reception, followed by the emblematic show Passengers by the circus company Les 7 Doigts and a festive evening.
This fundraiser is our most important event of the year. It highlights local employability in Saint-Michel, the main component of the human aspect of our mission.
Local employability in Saint-Michel
As you know, the people of Saint-Michel have experienced their share of challenges over the past few years. Particularly the young people. And it is for them that we are organizing this evening. Through our local employability program, we continually work to actively recruit young people who live in the neighborhood. It is mainly with them that you interact when you visit us, from the parking lot to the bistro to the hall. More than 700 young people have benefited from our program since our official opening in 2004!
"We are thinking big for this edition. We are thinking big because we know of your generosity, and we are convinced that you will show up. Our goal is to raise $200,000, which will allow us to continue our commitment to the community."
