La TOHU's cultural mediation workshops are developed in conjunction with its programming, and aim to create spaces for encounters and exchanges between artists and the general public.

In keeping with TOHU's three-pronged mission (Circus, Earth, Human), our cultural mediation workshops take the form of both comprehensive projects and one-off activities, encouraging the discovery and appropriation of cultural experiences.
The citizens of the Saint-Michel district are at the heart of our actions, but our team also works closely with other educational and/or community structures in the Greater Montreal area.

Each year, La TOHU hosts 6 temporary exhibitions. For each of these exhibitions, we offer the opportunity to participate in an activity that includes :
- A guided tour of the exhibition at La TOHU
- A meeting with the artist or a professional in the field to learn about a visual arts-related profession (depending on the availability of artists or professionals)
- One or more creative workshops designed to familiarize participants with a creative technique and/or process on a small individual format or a larger group format.
- These activities are tailored to the specific needs of your group. They are equally suitable for children and seniors.
It is advisable to plan these workshops in advance, according to the exhibition calendar and the availability of the artists.
