This fall, TOHU is offering a series of conferences on the environment hosted by Ville en vert. These conferences will allow you to learn more about current environmental issues.

• Anti-waste cooking:

Avoid food waste by cooking a variety of flavors. You will learn about different anti-waste recipes, tips for reducing food waste and discarded food, and tricks for cooking with local products.
September 30 from 5 to 6 p.m.

• Waste management 101 (the end of October is Quebec Waste Reduction Week)

Learn the basics, how it works, and the history of waste management in Montreal. You'll understand why waste management is one of the most important issues for our planet.
October 21 from 5 to 6 p.m.

• Edible Indoor Plants

A brand new conference offered in November for people who miss their vegetable gardens.
November 18 from 5 to 6 p.m.
