Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Only Mordu members can swap their tickets up to 48 hours prior to a show.
1. By mail
Your tickets will be mailed to you for a $5 fee.
2. In person at the TOHU ticket office
You can call in to collect your tickets at the TOHU ticket office (daily from noon to 5 p.m.) with the credit card that you made your purchase with and identification. You can also collect them on the day of the show (45 minutes before the show begins). $3 fee will be applied to your order.
3. Electronic tickets
If you have opted for the E-ticket option, you will receive the invoice by email and your electronic tickets will be attached. You must print all your tickets yourself and bring them on the night of the show (you can go straight to the entrance with this ticket, without having to go to the box-office before). If you forget your tickets, you will have to pay a printing fee of $3 per ticket.
You must make or simulate a purchase to access the seating plan on our website. Once you have chosen your show, number of tickets, price, and delivery option, you will access a page where you can click on the ‘Find your seats’ button. This will give you access to the seating plan where you will be able to find your seat(s).
A $4 service fee is charged for all purchases (online, in person at the box-office or by telephone).
The best seats are in category 1, so prices for this section are highest. Category layout may vary with each show. Generally, category 1 is facing the stage, and categories 2, 3 are further away.
TOHU is accessible to people with disabilities, with seats available for each show. Please call the box-office to be given a suitable seat.
Photography and filming are prohibited during a show.
Child rates apply to children aged 15 years and under.
Access is free for small children up to 2 years of age (sitting on parent’s lap). However, it is not recommended to bring infants along to a show.
