Located in the heart of the Cité des arts du cirque, La TOHU is a place for dissemination, creation, experimentation and convergence between culture, environment and community involvement. Since its creation in 2004, TOHU has become a reference in the field of sustainable development through culture.
Since its inauguration two years ago, Frédéric-Back Park, formerly the Miron quarry and then the city's largest landfill, has been constantly changing, both in terms of its biodiversity and the activities on offer. The park is the most ambitious environmental rehabilitation project ever undertaken in an urban environment.
