La TOHU is offering two magical weekends in August: the Aerial Weekends. From August 16 to 18 and from August 23 to 25, the TOHU site will be the showcase for numerous aerial acts, circus workshops and film screenings for young and old alike.

The highlight of the event will be the Traversées by tightrope walker Laurence Tremblay-Vu, who will slide several times on his wire across the grounds of the Cité des arts du cirque, between Cirque du Soleil and TOHU. It will cover 625 feet, with a maximum height of 78 feet when it reaches the roof of TOHU's circular hall. The Traversée will take place four times on each of the weekends, and will last approximately 35-45 minutes.

These August weekends will also feature the Cabaret des Week-ends aériens, a cabaret of aerial artists where each act will steal the show, hosted by a special master of ceremonies and a talented multi-instrumentalist.

The full program of Aerial Weekends activities will be available on July 17.
