This fall, TOHU is offering a series of cooking workshops led by Ville en vert, specially designed for teenagers.
Together with a nutrition expert, discover the many sides of cooking through interactive, educational, and hands-on workshops.
Cooking Workshops
Class 1: Cooking for Myself – Yes, I Can!
Goal: Break the ice, build confidence, and understand the basics of a balanced, low-cost meal.
Class 2: Stress-Free Grocery Shopping
Goal: Help young people make informed choices at the grocery store.
Class 3: Budget-Friendly Classics
Goal: Learn to make simple, comforting, and budget-friendly staple recipes.
Class 4: Grab-and-Go Lunches (No Microwave Needed)
Goal: Offer easy ideas for cold, portable meals.
Class 5: Better Snacking on a Budget
Goal: Provide nutritious, easy-to-make snack options.
Class 6: Talk – Food Marketing
Goal: Raise awareness among youth about food companies' advertising tricks.
Registration required at the Lasallian Centre, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
