Activities Organized by Ville en vert

This fall, TOHU is offering a series of cooking workshops as well as a series of lectures on the environment, led by Ville en vert. With a nutrition expert at your side, discover all the different facets of cooking through interactive, educational and participatory workshops. In addition, the Les Grands Enjeux series of conferences will teach you about current environmental issues.

Healthy cooking and well-being - September 24
Discussion on the benefits of food, and tips for healthy cooking.

Quick and easy cooking - October 8
Demonstration of fast cooking techniques, and lots of time-saving tips for the kitchen.

World cuisine - October 22
A culinary tour of the world, with discussions on culinary traditions in other countries, and a tasting of exotic dishes.

Cooking on a budget - November 5
Creating low-budget menus, how to save money in the kitchen without sacrificing quality and taste.

Anti-waste cooking - November 19
How to reduce waste with zero-waste recipes.
