TOHU decided to entertain you in the comfort of your home with creatives kits! These workshops, all designed by professional artists, will allow you to learn an art as well as discoverer a cultural facet.
How does it work? Upon request, citizens of Saint-Michel will receive a kit in containing all the details of the activity, instructions and some basic materials. Only recycled items already available at home will be necessary.
They will be delivered* in areas where the postal code begins with H1Z or H2A.

CREATIVE KIT 5: Shadow Theatre by Mobile Home
Since the dawn of time, humanity has always played with shadows to become a very special form of theatre. Shadow theatre requires few props: a screen, a light source and an object to be illuminated. Children will have fun waving these shadows to create their own story and titillate their imagination.
CREATIVE KIT 6: Botanical pop-up by Simone
Create a green and dancing pop-up with simple materials for a more than astonishing result with the help of the artist Simone, who will present her BOTANIQUE exhibition at La TOHU in 2021. Your pop-up could be part of the exhibition, don't miss it!
CREATIVE KIT 7: Image transfer with Shanna Strauss Follow in the footsteps of artist Shanna Strauss as she experiments with her technique of image transfer on wood. The artist offers you images that revisit TOHU's core values: the earth, the circus and the human.
CREATIVE KIT 8: Puppets with Véronique Poirier Make your own dancing puppet out of a scarf! Artist Véronique Poirier shares her manufacturing secrets with you, allowing you to create unique and whimsical characters using simple materials.
