Les acrobates du ciel

Hosted by Faucon-Éduc’s biologist educators, this unique show reveals the mysteries of birds of prey and offers a rare opportunity to see these magnificent birds flying just a few feet away from you. Watch your head!

Witness the power of North America’s largest bird of prey, come face to face with the captivating gaze of a nocturnal hunter, discover the remarkable agility of a hawk in flight, fall in love with a truly charming owl, and do not forget our tiny falcons!

At the end of each performance, visitors will also have the opportunity to get up close to these magnificent birds. All of this takes place in the stunning setting of Frédéric-Back Park.

• Dogs and other pets are not permitted on site, and cycling will not be allowed during the performance.
• Please note that direct access to the Plains Sector is available from Entrance #18 of Frédéric-Back Park, at the intersection of D'Iberville Street and Émile-Journault Avenue.
• The show takes place outdoors. If weather conditions appear unfavourable, please contact TOHU Customer Service to confirm whether the performance has been cancelled.

Faucon-Éduc is the educational program of Environnement Faucon (FAUCON), a company specializing in the training and breeding of birds of prey for conservation purposes, ecological bird control, education and training, as well as film and television productions. Founded in 1989 by environmentally conscious entrepreneurs with a passion for birds of prey and falconry, FAUCON has steadily built a strong reputation throughout Quebec and beyond.

Since 1995, Faucon-Éduc has delivered hundreds of educational presentations on birds of prey each year for schools, community groups, organizations, and zoological parks.

The name “Faucon-Éduc” is a French play on words. It refers both to the importance of educating young people about birds of prey and to the two birds traditionally featured in classroom presentations: a falcon and an owl.

Since 2020, Faucon-Éduc has been part of the Culture in Schools Program – Science and Technology Stream, supported by Québec’s Ministry of Economy and Innovation and Ministry of Education.
